  I was taken ontime and the check instaff was friendly, helpful and efficient.

  Each technician, for myultrasound and theMRI, was excellent- they were friendly, they explained everything they woulddo, they kept meinformed aswe went through the procedures and everything could not have gone more smoothly.

  I was inand out for anMRI inno time. The contactless check inwas easy and seamless and the technician Wayne was sosweet and understanding after Ihad aminor panic attack (I'm claustrophobic). Heprovided mesome time torecover, aneye mask, and some water and talked methrough the whole procedure. Give Wayne araise!!

  Reception was fine. However, the technician (nor anyone else) informed meof what toexpect. All the noises…the time inthe tube. Ikind ofknew about the procedure…but itwas unsettling and anxiety producing. Also the order was confusing tothe technician who expressed his confusion tome asto what todo…as ifI had any way toknow the answer.

  The facility Ientered at1444th Avenue on14th Stin Manhattan complied with all safety protocolsre: Covid. There was social distancing and hand sanitizer throughout the facility. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was amicable and kind and answered any & all questions tothe best oftheir ability.

  Convenient nice location just 1block from union square 14th station. The staff was very friendly and helped mewith some paperwork issues Ihad. They were very accommodating and made things easy. The facility was clean and the MRI tech was great. Overall Iwould definitely come back here.

  I was told when Imade anappointment for myspine MRI that myradiology report would beready in3business days. Had myMRI done on6/25. Asof 7/1still noreport. Icalled Lenox Hill Radiology on7/1around9:15AM toinquire because Ihad a2PM MRI consultation scheduled with myoncologist. Iwas told myimages would beread and the report would beready intime for myafternoon appointment with myoncologist. Iended upconsulting with myoncologist without areport because itwasn’t ready.I really have tostop going toLenox Hill Radiology and just gowith the hospital affiliated with mydoctors. The images and reports are uploaded totheir system within 2business days.

  My report was finally made available inthe online portal today (7/7) even though the report indicated the radiologist generated and signed the report on7/1. Hmmm.

  I waited hardly 5five minutes for myappointment after Iarrived, was inand out ofthe machine quickly, and the tech who handled myappointment was friendly and professional. Heeven gave mea set ofheadphones and took arequest for the music Iwanted tolisten toduring myappointment!But, once Igot myimages inthe online portal, itis difficult and slow toget them tomy doctors who need toreview the images. LHR exclusively snail mails disks with the images, orI need tophysically goto one oftheir locations toget aprint out ofthe images because they don't have email encryption. In2021, Ifind this shocking and incredibly inconvenient, asI aminjured (which iswhy Ineeded the MRI inthe first place) which makes extra errands taxing onme, and Inow need torush toone oftheir locations topick upthe images intime for doctors appointments Ihave this week, since snail mail won't get the images tothe offices for atleast aweek (they are shipped out within 3—4business days). For this reason, Iwill never use LHR again. Itis not worthit.

  Edit toadd: someone from LHR got intouch with meabout adding mydoctors totheir system. Iappreciate their acknowledgement ofthis issue, despite the crude solution.
